  Article 18-Disqualification of Judges
18.1 Disqualification of Judges
A Judge shall disqualify himself or herself in any proceeding in which their impartiality, honor of the code of conduct of judge, knowledge and/or commitment to defending the Living Law might reasonably be questioned.
18.2 A judge of any court of any society is unfit to sit if also member of guild, society or association that demonstrates open contempt for the law
Any judge that remains a card carrying member of any guild, society or association that demonstrates open contempt for the law, abrogation of rights of men and women and continued injury to the law shall automatically be disqualified from being a judge.
Furthermore, no man or woman claiming the status of judge in any court of any society that belongs to such a guild, society or association that demonstrates a history of contempt and corruption towards the Living Law is fit to be called a judge, nor sit in judgment, nor any of their verdicts be considered legitimate before the law, according to the most ancient and fundamental principles of law of all societies.
18.3 Bringing the matter of disqualification before a judge
The matter and controversy that a judge should rightfully disqualify themselves from hearing a matter should be brought only upon clear evidence that such a man or woman is unfit to hear the suit and that after sufficient time the same man or woman has demonstrated contempt for the law in refusing to resign.
In any such matter, care must be taken by the suitor bringing the controvery so as not to further injure the law. A call for resignation based on false or misleading evidence shall be a crime.
A judge that refuses to disqualify themselves after evidence has been brought forth as to the validity of the controversy shall be guilty of a serious crime and shall be unfit to hold the office of judge.
