8.1 The Executive Code and Judicial Code  
  The Executive Code of United Britain Free Society shall be responsible for administering the operations and procedures of the Executive Branch consistent with the Charter, whereas the Judicial Code shall be responsible for the conditions, procedures and rules of judicial procedure in relation to all criminal and civil law matters.  
  The Judicial Code depends in part upon the Executive Code in the fair operation and respect of the Executive Branch of the independence of the Legislative Branch and Judicial Branch and the fair hearing of charges and matters of accused men, women and persons.  
  Similarly, the Executive Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Judicial Code in establishing the procedure for matters in which members of the Executive may be brought before the Courts.
