The Civil Code and Criminal Code |

The Civil Code of The Society shall be responsible for administering the civil standards, conditions of and operations of the all civil court matters, whereas the Criminal Code shall be responsible for the conditions and rules of criminal law. |

The Criminal Code depends in part upon the Civil Code in the fair operation of general civil standards and good conduct as a way of reducing the incidence and risk of criminal activity. |
|

Similarly, the Civil Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Criminal Code in cases of certain breaches of the Civil Code deemed as criminal acts. |

| 9.2 |
Criminal Complaint shall take precedence over Civil Complaint
|
|
| |
Whether or not a matter originates as a Civil Complaint, any associated Criminal Complaint shall take precedence.
