4. Membership

| Article 41- Rights of Membership | ||
| 41.1 | Rights of Membership | |
| A Member shall be granted a number of rights and benefits befitting such an honor, including: | ||
| (a). The Right to free and lifetime Membership | ||
| A Member has the right to lifetime and free Membership; and | ||
| (b). The Right to live by and according to the by-laws of the Society | ||
| A Member has the right to live by and according to the by-laws of the Society; and | ||
| (c). The right to vote in all levels of elections | ||
| A Member has the right to participate in the democratic election of Officials of the Society, including being elected to office; and | ||
| (d). The right to support and safe passage | ||
| A Member has the right to request support or safe passage when they are subject to an action of duress that challenges their previous rights as a Member by some other force or Society and where they have not contravened the by-laws of the Society. | ||
