Structure of Charter |

The Charter is structured into building blocks of clauses, which in turn form Articles which then form chapters. |

The Charter is made up of 164 Articles, which are then assembled into 12 chapters. |
|
| |
These chapters are: |

3. National Principles
4. Power
5. National Objects
6. State Objects
7. Local Objects
8. Systems
9. Elections
10. Finance and accounting standards
11. Trade and industry standards
12. Procedures |

Subject to any future valid amendments, this shall remain the core structure of the Charter. |

In effect of stylized format on meaning of Charter
|
|
| |
The stylized features used in this Charter are for cosmetic improvement of understanding only. These features shall have no impact on the clauses or articles of the Charter. |
|
| |
When considering the legal application of the Charter, it may be read as one single set of Articles without consideration to section headings, stylized font or page layout. |
