1. Purpose
 
  Article 02-Validity of Charter  
2.1 Validity of Charter  
  By Right granted under De Pronuntionis Unitas Britain, the Sovereign Pronouncement of United Britain and by the free men and women of this association subscribing to this Charter by participating in its democratic processes, this Charter represents the one and only true Charter of the United Britain Free Society.  
2.2 Charter as first and supreme law  
  As enacted, this Charter represents the first and supreme law of the United Britain Free Society. No other law shall be recognized as first or higher than the principles and statements of this Charter.  
  The Charter and law adopted by the institutions of the Free Society in exercising competences conferred on it shall have primacy over the law of all regions, provinces and states of the Society.  
  No claim of subservience to any other religious or secular law shall be deemed valid and no law shall be sworn to in official statements of oath, pledge to honesty as a witness or any other capacity of government other than this Charter itself in relation to the Society.  
2.3 Charter as instrument of power  
  This Charter represents an instrument of power in that it holds as the primary text upon which the structure, rules and systems of society shall function.  
2.3 Legal personality  
  As the Society is granted under Holy and Sovereign Right, no other claimed Original Law may be applied as having superior or original Jurisdiction. The Society has unique and Original Roman Identity as Pactum De Unitas Britain under De Pronuntionis Unitas Britain under De Pronuntionis Deus.
